Ricardo Zarate and Stephane Bombet, have over 30 years of experience combined. While Chef Zarate ran some of the most prestigious kitchens in London and Los Angeles, Stephane launched top restaurants and clubs in France.
Together they joined forces in October 2009 to create Test Kitchen, Picca and Mo-Chica (opening Downtown LA in April 2012). They also helps young restaurateurs launch new restaurants and bars, set up their own hospitality company, create menus and set up training programs for front and back of the house.
They are a one stop shop team that can create, develop and run new concepts for or with you.
