Ricardo Zarate and his business partner, Stephane Bombet, have over 30 years of experience combined. While Chef Zarate ran some of the most prestigious kitchens in London and Los Angeles, Stephane launched top restaurants and clubs in France.
Together they joined forces in October 2009 to create what is known today as Moche Restaurant Group. The company allows them to develop their new concepts like Picca and Mo-Chica on 7. Moche Restaurant Group also helps young restaurateurs launch new restaurants and bars, set up their own hospitality company, create menus and set up training programs for front and back of the house.
